These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the AISalesCoach.ca (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) AI Sales Training Application (“App,” “Service”). By using this Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Overview of Service

AISalesCoach.ca is an AI-driven sales training tool designed to help users improve their sales skills through:

  • AI-powered roleplay simulating real sales calls.
  • Coaching feedback based on the NEPQ sales framework.
  • Subscription-based access to advanced training and analytics.

AISalesCoach.ca is currently in beta testing. Users understand that features, functionality, and AI responses may change without notice as we refine the system.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

2.1. Who Can Use This Service

  • You must be 18 years or older to use AISalesCoach.ca.
  • You must provide accurate registration details when signing up.

2.2. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree:
✔ Not to misuse or manipulate the AI Agent for unauthorized purposes.
✔ Not to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer AI-generated responses.
✔ Not to use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or unethical sales practices.

If a user is found violating these conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.

3. Pricing, Billing & Subscription

3.1. Pricing

AISalesCoach.ca operates on a subscription model, priced as follows:

  • $9/month per user (Beta Group Pricing).
  • Additional pricing tiers may be introduced as features expand.

3.2. Free Trial

  • New users receive one free roleplay session before requiring a subscription.
  • After the free trial, users must subscribe to continue using the service.

3.3. Billing & Payments

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or other third-party payment processors.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled by the user.

4. No Refund Policy

4.1. All Sales Are Final

  • AISalesCoach.ca does not offer refunds.
  • Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded for any reason.

4.2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but they will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not issue refunds for past payments.

5. Data Usage & AI Interactions

5.1. How We Use Your Data

By using the App, you agree that:
✔ Your conversations with the AI Agent may be stored, analyzed, and used to improve the Service.
✔ AISalesCoach.ca has the right to use anonymized sales interactions for product development and marketing.
✔ Your sales performance and coaching feedback may be tracked and analyzed for ongoing training improvements.

5.2. No Confidentiality in AI Interactions

Users should not share confidential, personal, or proprietary information during roleplay sessions.

AISalesCoach.ca is not responsible for any data shared with the AI Agent during conversations.

6. AI Behavior & Training

  • The AI only provides sales training guidance based on user selections.
  • The AI does not make purchasing decisions or provide real-world business advice.
  • The AI may occasionally generate responses that are imperfect or require improvement—this is expected as part of beta testing.

AISalesCoach.ca is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

7. Beta Testing Disclaimer

AISalesCoach.ca is in active beta testing, meaning:

  • Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without prior notice.
  • Users may experience occasional AI errors, system bugs, or inconsistencies.
  • User feedback is encouraged but not guaranteed to result in feature changes.

8. Service Availability & Termination

8.1. Availability

  • We strive to maintain uptime, but service disruptions may occur due to AI model updates, maintenance, or technical issues.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8.2. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access for:

  • Violating the Terms of Service.
  • Engaging in misuse or unethical behavior with the AI Agent.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate the system.

Users who are terminated will not receive a refund.

9. Legal Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

9.1. No Warranty

AISalesCoach.ca is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific sales results from using the AI Sales Training App.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

AISalesCoach.ca and its affiliates, employees, or partners are not liable for:

  • Lost sales, lost revenue, or missed business opportunities.
  • AI inaccuracies, incomplete coaching advice, or suboptimal roleplay outcomes.
  • User errors in interpreting or applying sales training advice.

9.3. Indemnification

By using AISalesCoach.ca, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

AISalesCoach.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Updates may not be immediately reflected, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
